Nickelodeon boyband and tween heartthrobs, Nathaniel and Alex, has averted the best and landed at No.1 on The Editor's List!
The Naked Brothers Band "I've Got a Question" from their second studio album, "I Don't Want to Go to School" tops The Editor's Pop list by exceeding music from El Perro del Mar, Raven-Symoné and even Mariah Carey.
So far the brothers are the youngest Artist to reach No.1 on any of the Editor's eight lists.
Former No.1 song, Lizz Wright "My Heart" falls five spaces from 1-5. Snoop Dogg "Sexual Eruption" drops to No.6 followed by another entry by Mariah Carey, "Side Effects (feat. Young Jeezy)" at No.7.
The B-52's "Pump" debuts at No.8, while Danity Kane manages to stay inside the Top 10 with "Damaged" at No.9. Raven-Symoné rounds up the Top 10 with "Double Dutch Bus"
Not since 2007s Chris Brown "Kiss Kiss" featuring T-Pain has there been a song that has claimed both No.1 positions on two lists. The Kills "Tape Song" has mimic that chart performance. "Tape Song" from their album "Midnight Boom" is No.1 on both the rock and alternative lists. This comes into effect after The Kills jumps one from 2 -1 on the rock list.
Lyfe Jennings practically dominates the hip hop list with five chart appearances. "You Think You've Got It Bad (feat. Wyclef Jean)" by Jennings is No.1 on the hip hop list and No. 5 on the R&B list.
Meanwhile, Mary J Blige continues to reign upon the R&B list. "Just Fine" started it's fifth month at No.1. If Blige wrestle through another month, she'd be tied with Kirk Whalum who holds the record for the longest stake at No.1 with 6 months.
